Clearing Quick Access: Step by Step Guide

Step 1: Open File Explorer
Click on the folder icon located on your taskbar to open File Explorer.
Step 2: Select Quick Access
After opening File Explorer, select Quick Access on the left-hand side of the window.
Step 3: Clear Quick Access
Right-click on Quick Access and select Options. Under the General tab, locate the Privacy section. Here, you’ll see two buttons: Clear next to Recently used files in Quick Access and Clear next to Frequently used folders in Quick Access. Clicking these will effectively clear Quick Access.
Step 4: Confirm Clearing
Remember to click Apply then OK to finalize the process.
