How Much OneDrive Storage Do I Have?
Hi, I’m Tracy from valadilene.org. If you’ve ever found yourself wondering how much OneDrive storage do I have, you’re not alone. This is a question often asked by OneDrive users, and I’m here to provide a clear answer.
What is the OneDrive Storage Limit?
For the uninitiated, OneDrive is a cloud storage service provided by Microsoft as part of their Office 365 suite. It’s a convenient way to store, share, and sync your documents, photos, and other files across multiple devices.
As for how much OneDrive storage you have, it primarily depends on the plan you’re subscribed to.
The free version of OneDrive offers 5GB of storage space. If you’re an Office 365 subscriber, you enjoy a whopping 1 TB (1,000 GB) of OneDrive storage. Further, Office 365 Home users receive 1 TB per person for up to six people.
Checking Your OneDrive Storage Space
To check how much storage space you are using and how much is left, simply follow these steps:
- Sign in to your OneDrive account.
- On the left pane, click on the ‘Settings’ gear icon and select ‘Options’.
- In the Options page, you’ll find an overview of your OneDrive storage, under the ‘OneDrive Storage’ section.
This section will display your current usage and your total available space.
Want More Space?
You can always purchase additional storage if you find that your current quota is not enough. Currently, additional storage can be purchased in increments of 200GB, 400GB or 600GB, up to 2TB, in addition to your existing OneDrive plan.
I hope this article has shed some light on your storage space questions. And remember, making tech less intimidating is my core mission. That’s why I am committed to providing simple, straightforward information for solutions to your tech queries.
