How to Clear Twitter Cache
Hi, I’m Tracy with valadilene.org. Today, I want to share a quick guide on how to clear your Twitter cache. For those not familiar, the cache stores temporary data to help your apps run faster. However, too much can sometimes slow things down or even cause issues. Here’s my simple, step-by-step guide on how to do it.
Clearing Twitter Cache on Android
1. Open the Twitter App
Start by opening the Twitter application on your Android device.
2. Tap on Your Profile Picture
Navigate to your profile by tapping on your profile picture located at the top-right corner of the screen.
3. Tap on Settings and Privacy
From your profile window, tap on Settings and Privacy.
4. Tap on Data Usage
Under settings, you’ll find the Data Usage option. Tap on this.
5. Clear Cache
Under Data Usage, tap on Media Storage and Web Storage and then hit Clear Media Storage and Clear Web Storage. This will effectively clear your Twitter cache.
Clearing Twitter Cache on iOS
1. Open the Twitter App
Open the Twitter application on your iOS device.
2. Navigate to Settings and Privacy
Click on your profile icon and from the drop-down menu, choose Settings and Privacy.
3. Tap on Data Usage
Under Settings and Privacy, tap on Data Usage.
4. Clear Cache
Next, tap on Media Storage and Web storage and then tap Clear Media Storage and Clear Web Storage. This will clear your Twitter cache.
